Company
CBRE appraisal valued the 160 Hectare/ 392 Acre site at 19.14M (May 2022) – or $11.96/m2. This plot includes sites for Overwater Hotels, Marina, residential and commercial area components.
Tai Nuare is inviting a new Investor to capitalize $2 million in exchange for 12.5% of the total Holding company stock – a valuation of $10/m2.
Funds will be used for some land improvements, land payoffs, titling costs, and possible acquisition of additional parcels.
